Unhealthy habits consumed my life for too long. I was absolutely lost starting off my fitness journey. Overeating and the lack of motivation took me down a painful path where I completely lacked  confidence. 

Throughout my years of trial and error to achieve my "dream body," I hit I hit two extremes: becoming anorexic to hitting a staggering 40 pounds overweight from overeating and sitting around all day. 


When I first started fitness, I was absolutely lost. I tried everything, which led to unhealthy habits. Throughout my journey, I hit two extremes: becoming anorexic to hitting a staggering 40 pounds overweight from overeating and sitting around all day. After years of struggling to find a balance of normality, I finally got the formula down. I decided it was time to pursue my passion in helping people become their healthiest versions of themselves-- both physically and mentally.  

Throughout my years in college, my studies focused on an emphasis in kinesiology and biology. I was certain that science-driven research would boost the results of all the women striving to reach their ultimate goals. At the gym, I was getting asked what workouts I do. I decided it was time to get my NASM Personal Training Certification to help others achieve their ultimate body goals and feel confident about themselves. 

With my experience, I have helped endless women with their journey. I care about my clients. There’s nothing more important to me than helping somebody break through boundaries so they can feel happy, confident, and strong.
